Only 6 months remain before the next registration deadline. Therefore in this issue we focus on substance identification. One of the key lessons learnt from the last registration deadline is making sure that you and the other pre-registrants have the same substance. Therefore it is very important that you collect all the data on the intrinsic properties of the substance to be registered and verify the sameness of the substance before you register.
